DS Error Code 52001

This error is caused by an issue with your network where the Nintendo DS must be set up manually.

To solve this error :

First find out IP address, subnet mask, default gateway, and DNS of your system. To do this :

On a PC, click Start > Run > type CMD and press Enter > type IPCONFIG/ALL and press Enter.

On Windows Vista, click Start > type CMD in the Start Search box > click on CMD icon > type IPCONFIG/ALL and press Enter.

Locate and take note of IP address, subnet mask, default gateway, and DNS.

You will now need to manually set up your Nintendo DS using the above settings. To do this :

When setting the IP address, make sure the Nintendo DS and your PC do not use the same IP address.

The IP addresses used for the Nintendo DS must be 10 digits higher than your computers IP address. Example ( PC IP address is 192.168.5.200, Nintendo DS IP address should be 192.168.5.210.

Use subnet mask, default gateway, and DNS exactly as noted above. These settings must match between PC and the Nintendo DS.
