DS Error Code 20014

This error is caused by an issue connecting the Nintento DS to an Access Point. An Access Point cannot be detected.

To solve this error :

If you are connecting to your home network :

Move within 30 feet of your wireless access point.

Ensure there is no interfering devices by shutting off microwaves, cordless phones, wireless keyboards, and wireless mice.

Ensure "SSID Broadcasting" setting is turned on.

If you are connecting to a wireless hotspot or wireless access point :

Ensure you have appropriate access to the wireless hotspot. Sometimes accounts or passwords must be setup first for access.

Move within 30 feet of the wireless access point as signal strength can be weak and vary depending on the surrounding environment.

Face towards the wireless access point with as little interference from your body or objects as possible.

Try a different location or wireless hotspot or wireless access point.
